What an agent actually does

ClubGG is a club-based platform: you download the app, open a GGPass account and then request to join a specific club. An agent is the person who approves that request, manages your virtual chip balance and answers you when something is unclear.

With PokerGG.co.il you get one named contact who stays with you from the first install through your first sessions, instead of a generic support queue in a foreign language.

The onboarding steps

1. Message the agent on WhatsApp or Telegram and say you want to join. 2. Install ClubGG on Windows, Mac, iOS or Android and create a GGPass account. 3. Search Club ID 187197 inside the app and send a join request. 4. The agent approves it, usually within minutes, and walks you through the lobby.

Support after you join

The agent remains your point of contact for table selection, understanding club formats (Rush & Cash, MTT, Omaha, Short Deck), scheduling private tables for your own group, and any technical issue with the desktop or mobile client.

Communication is in Hebrew or English, in real time, without ticket systems.

Playing responsibly

ClubGG uses virtual chips. Play for entertainment and skill development, set your own time limits, and stop when it stops being fun. Anyone under 18 must not participate.
