    All-in or Fold — Poker Without In-Betweens

All-in or Fold is the purest, most extreme and most psychological format on GGNetwork. Your only two options every hand: All-in or Fold. No Call, no partial Raise, no Slow Play. It turns every player into a mathematical range analyst — whoever knows the Nash chart wins.

Why this is the purest skill game

In regular No-Limit you can hide mistakes with Bet Sizing, multi-street Bluffs, and Slow Play. In All-in or Fold — there\'s nowhere to hide. Every decision is mathematical: is your EV of Push equal to or greater than your EV of Fold?

Players who learned Nash Push/Fold charts and built range intuition — see fast positive ROI. Players who trust "intuition" — get squeezed out.

    Basic strategy

    • Learn the Nash chart: There are open charts on Google showing which hands to push/call by stack depth.
    • Position matters: Open wide from the Button, very tight from UTG.
    • Stack under 10BB: Almost every hand — All-in or Fold. Little room for info.
    • Fold Equity matters: A Push most of the table folds to is a good Push, even with marginal hands.
    • Don\'t call wide: Calling an All-in requires stronger hands than shoving — Equity Realization is low.

    Bankroll for the Push/Fold format

Because every hand can double or bust your stack, variance is much higher than cash. Recommended bankroll: 50-100 buy-ins, vs 20-30 in cash. At a $5 buy-in that's $250-$500. Standard deviation can hit 150-200BB/100, far above regular cash.

    ICM and multi-way spots

    • Heads-Up: widest push ranges — per Nash, push ~70% of hands from Button/SB at 10BB.
    • 3-max+: ranges tighten significantly — ICM demands avoiding unnecessary coin-flips with pay jumps.
    • Multiple callers: if two players already called all-in, your calling range tightens dramatically — need roughly AA-JJ, AK.
    • Mid stacks (15-25BB): still room for finer decisions, not pure Push/Fold at the deepest stacks in the format.

    Common mistakes in the format

The most common mistake: importing regular No-Limit intuition and folding marginal hands that are clear Nash pushes — e.g. A9 offsuit from Button at 8BB. Second mistake: calling all-in too wide — the caller loses fold equity, so the calling range must be tighter than the matching push range.

    Who it suits

Beginners building Range intuition, veterans wanting a fast warm-up, and anyone without time for a long MTT. Average game: 3-8 minutes.
