What an agent in a club actually is
On the ClubGG platform every club is run by a Host, and the agent is the point of contact between the player and the club. They approve entry, explain the system, handle issues, and manage the financial processes with the player — all in your language and with full availability.
What the agent does in practice
The role is broader than most players think.
- Approving your Player ID for the club
- Guiding you through download, installation, and opening a GGPass
- Explaining limits, formats, and table schedules
- Handling technical issues with the network's support team
- Updating you on freerolls, internal tournaments, and perks
How to identify a trustworthy agent — a checklist
A good agent is identified by transparency, not promises.
- A known identity and a consistent communication channel (official WhatsApp/Telegram)
- A public Club ID that can be verified in the app
- An active community of veteran players you can ask
- Terms written in advance, with no "we'll settle it later"
- Real availability even when something goes wrong, not just at sign-up
Red flags — when to stop
An unsolicited approach from a "new agent" promising an unusual bonus, pressure to transfer money immediately, refusal to give a Club ID, or a complete lack of community presence — any single one of these is enough reason to walk away.
5 questions to ask any agent before you start
Simple questions that filter out 90% of problems.
- What is the Club ID and how do I verify it?
- How long does approval take, and how long does payment take?
- Who else in the community can I talk to?
- What happens if there's an issue mid-table?
- What are the limits and the hours when there's actually action?
