ClubGG vs GGPoker — What Is the Difference?

Two Platforms — One Network

GGPoker is the open poker site of the GGNetwork — anyone can register and play (subject to local laws). ClubGG is the social platform of that same network — a private-club app where people play in closed groups. Same technology, same RNG, same company behind it — but a very different experience.

GGPoker — The Open Site

GGPoker is the "big brother" — a global cash and tournament platform with tens of thousands of players online at any moment. It hosts WSOP Online Bracelets, GG Masters, Bounty Hunters, and guarantees worth millions of dollars. But: no Hebrew support, no official Israeli hosting, and deposits from Israel are problematic (credit cards often get blocked).

ClubGG — The Social Platform

ClubGG operates as a club app. Each club is run by a local Host responsible for player onboarding, rakeback, freerolls and support. PokerGG.co.il (Club ID 354141) is an Israeli club — a closed community with Hebrew-speaking support, local deposits, and formats similar to GGPoker but in a local environment.

Technically — The Same System

Both products share the same card engine (RNG certified by BMM/iTech), the same security system (anti-bot, anti-collusion), nearly identical UI/UX, the same formats (NLH, PLO, Short Deck, Spin & Gold, Rush & Cash), and GGPass as the central account system.

The Practical Differences

The decision between the two comes down to 4 key points:

• Field toughness: GGPoker is global (tougher) — ClubGG is local (softer)
• Rakeback: GGPoker via Fish Buffet — ClubGG via your agent (transparent, usually higher)
• Deposits: GGPoker is problematic from Israel — ClubGG is simple (shekels via the agent)
• Support: GGPoker in English — ClubGG in Hebrew via an agent

Who Should Choose Which?

GGPoker — for a global professional player who wants the biggest guarantees and is willing to deal with complicated deposits and English-only support. ClubGG (via PokerGG.co.il) — for the vast majority of Israeli players who want local support, deposits in shekels, softer fields, and a Hebrew-speaking community.

Can You Move Between the Platforms?

The Player ID is the same ID. But the funds are managed within your club on ClubGG. There is no automatic transfer of balances between the platforms. Our recommendation: focus on ClubGG as an Israeli player, and move up to GGPoker only after you've established a solid bankroll and skill level.
