Starting hands — 4 cards that must work together

The biggest mistake when moving over from NLH: thinking that AAxx is always a winning hand. In PLO, a hand’s strength depends on how well the 4 cards connect. Double-suited AAKK is the strongest possible hand. AA-7-2 offsuit is a bad hand that will cost you money.
