Ultimate Texas Hold'em is a casino version of Hold'em where you play a single hand against the dealer instead of against other players. You get two hole cards, five community cards appear in stages, and you can raise only once — the earlier you raise, the bigger the raise you are allowed.

Post equal Ante and Blind bets. After seeing your two cards you may raise 4x. If you check, the flop appears and you may raise 2x. If you check again, the turn and river appear and your last option is a 1x raise — otherwise you fold and lose Ante and Blind. Raising early is rewarded, so strong hands should never wait.
Raise 4x pre-flop with any pair of threes or better, any ace, K5s+, K-J offsuit and QJs-type hands. On the flop raise 2x with two pair or better, or a strong draw. On the river raise 1x whenever you can beat 20 dealer combinations or more; otherwise fold. Played correctly the house edge is about 2.2%.
The Blind bet only pays when you win with a straight or better: straight 1:1, flush 3:2, full house 3:1, quads 10:1, straight flush 50:1, royal flush 500:1. With anything less the Blind pushes even when you win the hand.
