The 10 rules

• 1. Never type a wallet address manually — copy-paste only.
• 2. Always verify the network (TRC-20 / BTC / ERC-20) matches on both sender and receiver.
• 3. On your first transaction with an agent, send a test amount of $10–$20 first.
• 4. Keep the TXID of every transaction in an accessible place.
• 5. Work only with a verified agent who has an active Israeli community and a track record.
• 6. Two-sided identity verification — you and the agent both.
• 7. Never share your wallet Seed Phrase with anyone, including "technical support".
• 8. Use an authenticator app (2FA) on every exchange — not SMS.
• 9. For large amounts, use a hardware wallet (Ledger / Trezor), not an exchange.
• 10. Be immediately suspicious of any message requesting urgent details or promising "bonuses".

A common scam scenario worth knowing

A Telegram/WhatsApp message from a "new agent" with an offer that is too good — a 50% bonus, attractive rates, a "safe investment". Warning signs: an unsolicited approach, time pressure, no identifiable community, a request for upfront payment. Always verify through official channels before sending any funds.

What to do if you got scammed

Document every message and transaction immediately. Report to the police cybercrime unit. File a report with the exchange the funds were sent from. The chance of recovery is low but not zero.
