Install
Click "GET" and authenticate with Touch ID / Apple ID password. Download takes 20–60 seconds. The app appears in Launchpad and the Applications folder.

First launch
Double-click the icon. macOS will ask "Allow notifications?" — recommended to allow (the agent sends tournament updates).

Create a GGPass account
Register with email and password and verify. An existing mobile / Windows account works here too — data syncs via the cloud.

Join Club 187197
Main menu → Clubs → Join Club → enter 187197. Send your Player ID to the agent on WhatsApp.

First game
After the agent approves — open the lobby, pick an NLH or PLO table at your level, click "Sit Here" and enjoy!
Common Troubleshooting
App Store shows "The item is no longer available"
ClubGG is available in most App Store regions. If your Apple ID country isn't supported — contact the agent for a link to an alternative build via direct install from clubgg.com.
App won't open: "Unidentified developer"
Only if you downloaded outside the App Store. Open System Preferences → Security & Privacy → General → "Open Anyway". If you downloaded from the Mac App Store — the issue is elsewhere (try restarting).
Slow performance on M1/M2/M3
ClubGG runs natively on Apple Silicon (ARM). If it's running under Rosetta — Finder → Applications → right-click ClubGG → Get Info → uncheck "Open using Rosetta". Restart the app to run natively.
Table resolution is too small
ClubGG supports full Retina. Click the green button in the top-left to enter full-screen, or drag the window corner to resize. Under Settings → Display you can choose interface scale.
Where do I find the Player ID?
Click your photo in the corner. The Player ID appears below your username (a 9–10 digit number). Cmd+C to copy — paste on WhatsApp to the agent.
Sound isn't working
Make sure system sound is on (speaker icon in the menu bar). Inside ClubGG: Options → Sound → Enable. If still not — quit the app and reopen (macOS sometimes freezes the audio engine of background apps).
