Run the installer
Double-click the .msi file. If Windows Defender shows a warning — click "More Info → Run Anyway" (the file is official and digitally signed by ClubGG).

Installation wizard
Follow the installer: accept the terms, choose an install path (default C:\Program Files\ClubGG), and click Install.

First launch
The installer creates a desktop shortcut and a Start menu entry. Double-click "ClubGG" for the first launch.

Create a GGPass account
Register with email and password. Verify the address. If you already have a mobile account — you can sign in with it and stats will sync.

Join Club 187197
In the main menu click "Clubs" → "Join Club", enter 187197. Send your Player ID to the agent on WhatsApp for approval within minutes.
Common Troubleshooting
Windows Defender blocks the installer
That's normal for new .msi files. The official ClubGG file is digitally signed and safe. Click "More Info" → "Run Anyway". If still blocked — add the folder to Exclusions under Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings.
Black screen after opening the app
Usually a graphics driver issue. Update your GPU driver (NVIDIA/AMD/Intel). If it persists — disable "Hardware acceleration" in ClubGG settings.
App is slow or freezes
Close heavy background apps (Chrome with 40 tabs, Discord, etc.). Ensure at least 4GB RAM available. On older PCs — lower graphics in ClubGG (Options → Graphics → Low).
Error: MSVCP140.dll missing
Common Windows error. Download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable from the official Microsoft site. After installing — reboot the PC and reopen ClubGG.
How do I move the install to another drive?
During install, on the "Custom Setup" screen you can change the path. If already installed — Uninstall via Control Panel and reinstall with a new path (GGPass data is stored in the cloud).
Multi-tabling — how do I set it up?
ClubGG supports multi-tabling. Open several tables from the lobby, and under Settings → Layout choose window arrangement (Tile / Cascade / Custom). On 1080p+ PCs up to 4 tables at once is comfortable.
