This style prioritizes maximizing immediate profit against a given player pool, even if it means employing frequencies that would be suboptimal against a theoretically perfect opponent. In many typical online poker environments, especially at lower stakes, an effective exploitative strategy can yield significantly higher returns than a strict GTO methodology, as players rarely play perfectly.

Against a player who folds too often to 3-bets, you might 3-bet them with a wider, lighter range than GTO would suggest.
